‘The Jesus I Thought I knew’
Welcome to Sunday morning worship. This week we start our longer than Lent, Lent read as we read together ‘The Jesus I never knew’.
This week is an introductory sermon focussing on Chapters 1 and 3. On our pulpit in church there are four delightfully carved panels depicting Jesus’ birth, his baptism, his death and his resurrection.
I would like you to carve out in your mind your favourite story about Jesus from the Gospels and please write a letter to Jesus telling him why this is so.
