All Age Worship Service in Church – All Welcome

September 19, 2021 10:30 am September 19, 2021 11:30 am Europe/London All Age Worship Service in Church – All Welcome

Andy Evers Following the 19th July we relaxed some of our Covid 19 rules and maintained others to keep an appropriate balance between caution and  additional steps towards freedom and normality. We have reduced the 2m rule for seating to about 1m which increases our capacity to approximately 80 and means that pre-service booking is no longer required. We are asking that people continue to wear a mask on entry and to gel their hands and then to keep wearing a mask when moving around inside. Once seated the mask is optional so a bit like it’s been in cafes and restaurants for some time. We will have live music and singing although mask wearing is still required for congregational singing. Track and trace is no longer a legal requirement however we expect anyone attending a service or event who tests positive in the days immediately afterwards to inform our minister immediately so we can alert people who may have been in close proximity. Coffee and Tea will be served again outside before the service and inside after the service. We hope that as many of the fellowship as possible and any visitors feel able to participate in worship. Our desire is to operate on the principles of love and mutual respect using common sense and practices that by now are almost second nature to minimise risk. For those who are not able to attend church we are continuing with the online service available on our YouTube channel.
